Hai all..

I have a situation like this.

My first table has 4 columns and say it has values A,B,C,D etc..
My 2nd table has 1 column which will have all these values (A,B,C,D etc..) from 4 columns..

So I need to join first table (all 4 column values to be considered) and 2nd table to get more fields from 2nd table.
I tried few ways but did not work out. Can anyone suggest me with an example?

The answer varies based on the kinds of tables they are. Please specify.

One answer that is not necessarily good for relational tables is to do a define-based join whereby you would concatenate the 4 fields together creating a single field to use in the join.

Also search the forum as I am sure that there are lots of posts on this topic.
