From my admin Yes, but how much depends on what collection type you use. We are currently using Query and Froms and are not monitoring data sources without Resource Governor. The overhead is very light and we collect enough information to keep management happy. We are currently using FOCUS repositories but will convert to XFOCUS in the near future.
In Focus since 1993. WebFOCUS 7.7.03 Win 2003

Yes if the overhead you are talking about is your cash because it needs a separate licence key!
Joking aside I would probably guess you will pay a very small performance hit for better statistics which will enable you to improve performance.

Prarie,
have you completed your conversion to XFOCUS for RM? If so, does it work?
