This is a very simple program, but when I execute it multiple records are deleted. I am only trying to delete the single record that matches both USERID and DESIGNEEID.

TABLE FILE TBLSTAFFINGMATRIXDESIGNEELOOKUP
PRINT
DESIGNEE
USERID
WHERE DESIGNEE EQ '&DESIGNEEID';
WHERE USERID EQ '&USERID';
ON TABLE HOLD AS JH_DEL
END
-RUN
MODIFY FILE TBLSTAFFINGMATRIXDESIGNEELOOKUP
FIXFORM FROM JH_DEL
MATCH DESIGNEE USERID
ON MATCH DELETE
ON NOMATCH REJECT
DATA ON JH_DEL
END
-*

Verify which fields are the keys, perhaps only one or the other of the two fields you use in the MATCH is the key.

ECUPirateJH, can you elaborate on what you meant by Keys=2?

I am having the same problem except my table has 4 keys. Do I need to set something?

Thank you for that clarification Francis. That did the trick! I just also had to resort the columns in my SQL table so that my new 4th key was the 4th column in the table.
