Where is the data for May, June, July, etc. coming from? If from another source, you could use MATCH FILE.

You need to give us more information.

The data is coming from Oracle Database. How can i acheive this with Match file (you can explain me with any example taken by you.)Because, much i know is this report gets executed every individual month, with coloumns of every month getting added on in the report.

Secondly, is there any way that we can acheive it at sql query end.

If the new month's records get added to the souce table, then

ACROSS month_field

(with suitable screening to pick of the appropriate range of dates) will automatically allocate a column for them.

Do you want all the months? or just the last 2 months?
