I'm setting up a schedule with library distribution. I go into the distribution screen and set it up just fine, but when I go over from the "general" tab to the "options" tab, the whole section down in "Email for Library" is grayed out. I want to put in a custom subject and message. What's up with that?

Hi Mike- Did you ever resolve this? If not, there is a prompt up at the top of the Library Distribution Options window that you have to check which says: "Send email after report saved to library". That will enable the bottom section "Email for Library" to be edited. Hope this helps. Cheers, Barb

Yes- hope they can get it solved for you. I had 2 other ideas. 1. security settings or permissions on your login 2. ReportCaster Admin Console settings: a. under the Configuration tab, select Report Library b. make sure the Enabled checkbox is clicked.
