From the Home page, select Predict: WebFOCUS to view articles, questions, and trending articles.
Select Products from the top navigation bar, scroll, and then select the TIBCO WebFOCUS product page to view product overview, articles, and discussions.

Hello Lynsi, try this: Select the icon of the "main menu" on the left corner of the top / select on the bottom of this window "options"(user preferences)/ use the "Reset" button.
Also try clear the browser cache. If you can get into the Administration console to clear the cache there too that might be helpful.
Has this worked previously ?
In the "IA" options menu " Customize Your InfoAssist Environment" there is "DATA PANEL" - options are 'Logical, List, Structure' - try any of these to see if it will bring up the Data Panel.

After Reading btiedemann's suggestion there is also an setting within the Options panel for "Data Panel" with selections : - Logical - List - Structured
There is also an icon at the bottom left corner of InfoAssist with a down arrow - click on this and try "Reset All"
See if any of these help you out. Also, let us know if the clear cache works.
