[CLOSED] Missing Data Panel
The data panel from my info Assist report builder tool is missing.

I can not figure out how to restore it, I have tried to drag from the left hand side but that does not work.

Any ideas?

Hello Lynsi,
try this:
Select the icon of the "main menu" on the left corner of the top / select on the bottom of this window "options"(user preferences)/ use the "Reset" button.

Hopefully it helps.

Lynsi,

Also try clear the browser cache. If you can get into the Administration console to clear the cache there too that might be helpful.

Has this worked previously ?

In the "IA" options menu " Customize Your InfoAssist Environment" there is "DATA PANEL" - options are 'Logical, List, Structure' - try any of these to see if it will bring up the Data Panel.

Thank you Tamra for the reply. I have tried clearing bowser cache and also adjusted setting in the IA options menu with no resolution.

This has worked previously for many years.

I do not have access to the Administration console but am hoping to get an Admin to Clear cache their today.

I will update results after Admin Cache is cleared.

Lynsi,

After Reading btiedemann's suggestion there is also an setting within the Options panel for "Data Panel" with selections :
- Logical
- List
- Structured

There is also an icon at the bottom left corner of InfoAssist with a down arrow - click on this and try "Reset All"

See if any of these help you out. Also, let us know if the clear cache works.
