We have 100's of Focexecs which connect to our SQL database server. We are in the process of changing that server. Does anyone know a way to change the ODBC data sources globally without using the Windows GUI tool.

If you're using the WebFOCUS metadata, then there should be nothing to change. If you have SQL commands that specify the database name, I'd use a smart text editor to change all the fexes in one go - I edit ALL my files with EditPlus - it can change a piece of text in multiple files at the same time, something the Dev Studio text editor cannot do.

If your database name/schema/connection information have not changed, you shouldn't need to change anything except for the SQL Server adapter configuration for your WF server. Keep the same connection name, but point it to the new server name:port.
