Hello...

I am new to webfocus. In one of our reports I have to incorporate dynamic prompt. When i create using where/if statements, I get the prompts. But the problem is when i select one of the value in first prompt, it is not giving the concerned values in the second prompt.

Looking forward for the replies. Smiler

Thank you,
Priya

What you are looking for is called chaining and it is available in the HTML Composer. It is not available in the Auto Prompt Facility.

Take a look in the html composer documentation. There is a whole section on chaining controls. For webfocus 7.7, the document is called wf77htmlcomp.pdf
