I'm hours away from announcing the upgrade from version 7 to version 8, and I need to announce to my 200+ end-users in MRE that they need to start going to the new Version 8 portals instead.

What's the easiest way to harvest everyone's IDs/emails (more or less the same thing here) from MRE in order to send out a general message?

Let's leap to the conclusion that my V8 version doesn't have a complete list of my users, and I want to do the same thing from V7.

How about redirecting the WF 7 page to WF 8?

I have seven dashboards going to seven portals. Is there a way for each user to get their default portal this way.

I will eventually need to retire Version 7, so the redirect won't be able to be there forever.

Whoa -- update. One of my colleagues has taken the action to update V8 with the user list from V7. Martin's rec is suddenly back in play. Oh my, this may be easier than I thought.
