Is there a way to access the reports which are saved using the "SaveSelection" button on a dashboard other then from the domain tree? We may not have the domain tree on the dashboard unless this is the only way to access them. I'd appreciate a reference to the documentation, if available...
Thanks In Advance, Doug

PS: Your search - SaveSelection - did not match any documents. No pages were found containing "SaveSelection". Frowner

For now, we'll eliminate the Domain Tree from their dashboard and leave access to it from the toolbar. This will allow them to get to the reports which they saved using the "Save Selection" button.

But, I'm still open to more suggestions. Smiler

But it seems the only way to access the My Saved Reports folder is via the Tree, which we do not want to make available to the user.

Are all the saved reports in the same folder? How about adding a folder block to your dashboard?

That wouldn't be bad idea, but it doesn't display the My Folder where my users save their reports.

Sorry to bump this, but the documentation states:

quote:

Folder blocks. Lists the entire contents of a folder (including its subfolders) that have been created in Managed Reporting. Only one folder can be added to a folder block. When the contents of a Managed Reporting folder are modified outside of Dashboard, the folder block in Dashboard automatically updates to reflect any changes. You can add folders from the Standard Reports, My Reports, and Shared Reports folders. For a public view, you can only add folders from the Standard Reports folder.

Is this the same for group views too? When I go to add the my reports folder via a folder block to a group view, only standard reports is available. When I click on the domain search button (advanced search), the check boxes for other folders (including my reports) are grayed out. I can still only access the standard reports. Has anyone else figured this out or do I need to open a case? In my view, I can show only my reports.
