The environment in webfocus was working perfectly alright till yesterday. Today whenI tried to explore, it thrown a error message that "Cannot access webfocus client /ibi_apps/wfservlet". I am unable to figure out what caused this issue all of the sudden.

Thanks for your response. As I tried with many options and since none of it worked I have opened a case with Informaiton builders and got the problem solved.

ibi_apps.xml was missing in "C:\Program Files\Apache Software Foundation\Tomcat 5.5\conf\Catalina\localhost"
• Copied Ibi_apps.xml from production server to test server. • Restarted the Apache Tomcat & ReportCaster 76 services on test server.
