I have a WebFOCUS application in Unix with a Temp directory in a separate filesystem on the same box. How do I 'point' to that separate TEMP directory on the separate filesystem? I didn't think it was as simple as a SET command or is it? Put this in a setting for the application?

Ex: SET TEMP=/filesystem/filesystemname

Thanks in advanace for any direction you can give me.

Rhonda

Is this to read and write files ?

You can use APP MAP to point to this location and use it to read and hold files.

A: D'uh! Thanks Waz - I forgot all about APP MAP. Since I mostly do administration of WebFOCUS/FOCUS - I forgot most of the tools we have at our disposal for application development.
