Can we, in 8204, do a "SET FIRSTWEEK= ISO2" at the Domain level?
The reason that I ask is that some applications, at the domain level, require different 'First Days of the Week". So we can't do that SET at the system/environment level.
If it can't be done at the domain level, then it needs to be added to each and every fex that requires it. And that can't be done from within IA, can it?This message has been edited. Last edited by: FP Mod Chuck,

You could set up a reporting server data service for each domain (if there aren't too many) and have a profile tied to that data service that does the set.
Thank you for using Focal Point!

1) "I'm not aware of a Domain profile. Could you perhaps accomplish this by using a master file profile?" * Good idea. But there are synonyms in some app folders (paths) that are used by other domains which may require different FIRSTWEEKs.
2) "you could set it at system/environment level... ...as long as you add a smart" * I like that. It may be a maintenance nightmare. But, doable.
3) "You could set up a reporting server data service for each domain (if there aren't too many) and have a profile tied to that data service that does the set." * There just too many domains to deal with at his point and more in the future.
I'll discuss these, and any more options, with my IT Team and see what we'll do about this. We may just standardize it throughout the organization instead, we should be all on the same page... at least n the same week.
For now undecided...
