You need to contact your local IBI support to get the license for IA.

Go to Admin Console, license management and update the new license. Restart the web server and then access MyIA context in ibi_apps. It should load IA portal.

Hi Rakesh,

Please send me a Private Message with your site code. I can then determine what you're licensed for.

Thanks and regards,

Kathryn

Hi Rakesh,

In order to launch InfoAssist from a URL, you'll need to be licensed for Personal InfoAssist.

Regards,

Kathryn
