Has anyone been able to have a Web Query use a parameter whose value is from the Excel Worksheet? I can't find any documentation that allows the parameter to be based off a cell reference. Any know workarounds out there? Appreciate any help!

You are talking a web query executed from Excel? If so then use VBA to build the query before hand, that way you can reference anything in the workbook you want to.

Yes, that is one of the options in Excel when you set up the webquery's paramters. The third radio button in the "parameters" option box: "Get the value from the following cell" lets you get the value of a cell as a parameter. Just highlight the parameter and check that button.
