How to operate "ROW-TOTAL"??

Hello to everybody..!!
I want to know if there is a way to operate the result shown by the "row-total" using across ?? because I need to get a percentage of that value.

Strangely, the PCT. prefix does not work when used directly with an ACROSS, you have to use a BY and create a HOLD file.

Someone else may have a better idea.

PCT. works fine with ACROSS. It gives you the percentage the value is based on the total for the column.

Yes, with one row of data PCT. doesn't make much sense. 37,853 is 100% of 37,853 (the total for the column). Try RPCT. instead. It gives you the percent based on the total for the row.

kp, thanks for the tip on RPCT. Until you mentioned that, I assumed that PCT was the only way to get a percentage, hence why I thought it made sense to use PCT in one row.
