Wep5622Tech support site slow?
Is it just me/us, or is the tech support site really slow for the last couple of months?
Just submitting an update to a case takes over a minute per page load. It really doesn't need to take that long, so what's going on?!? Is something being done about it?

WazI've certainly noticed that is a bit slower than normal.
You could put in a case and slow it down some more

Wep5622I intended to, but I couldn't find an appropriate context for issues with the tech support site. That's why I ended up posting here, in hopes that the people responsible read these forums.

WazThey do check the forums, Kerry form example.
You could always just ring the 1800 number, or phone the local IBI office.
