Hi .

I have a problem using REportCaster. When i ran a report from RC , the report is not getting distributed.
When i see the log, i get the following messages ,

*******************************************

...REPORT KILLED
THE REPORT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE
...REPORT KILLED
THE REPORT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE
Task error: THE REPORT IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE
No report to distribute.

********************************************

Any Reason why??.

I have many jobs running, the only difference is that the query for this report is heavy that it will generate huge temp files. But we have already allocated more space .

Perhaps (but I cannot say for sure) it has something to do with IBIF_max_messages.

hi Francis ,

i chked with the configuration file and , as u said that was set to 20000 . I reverted to 0.
I restarted the server .

But again i am facing the same issue .

Note: I am giving the request via the ReportCaster. The same query runs fine in the online reporting.But it fails in the Reportcaster.

Plz give some solutions.

Thanks in Advance.

With reports that are loaded with code, sometimes it's easier to split up the code.
Pre-Execution: Code that is used to generate the HOLD files and etc...
Main Procedure: The actual cosmetic part
