In my configuration I'm using JSCOM3 as YES , the GRAPHSERVLETURL is not defined and GRAPH53 is default

Am I reading this right? You're using WebFOCUS 5.3.3? What version of JDK are you using?

Hi Ehudba

Look at the edaprint.log on the server and see if there are errors starting the jscom3.

Thank you for using Focal Point!
