Migrate MRE from 5.3.3 to 7.1.6

Hi,
I'm trying to copy the domains from 5.3.3 to 7.1.6 but it's not working. After I logged in, getting an white blank page. Can anybody tell me how I can migrate the domains and user information from 5.3.3 to 7.1.6.

There is a migrate utility under the utilities directory that will extract from the 53 and load it to the 71.

Rich, Thanks for the reply.

I did use the migration utility and it extracted the domains in to my new server. But after I logged in, I'm getting a blank white page. It's not showing me any error.

Hi Kamesh,
Ok. Was MRE working ok before the migrate?
Try opening the Java Console window and see if there are any errors under the covers.

Rich, I'm trying this in my local machine by copying it from the server. The MRE is working in server.

When I try look the error as you suggested I saw "NullPointerException".

Hi Kamesh,
Ok. What version of Java is installed on the server and what version of java is on your local pc?
Also, make sure all the files being called in the bat file actually exist in the directories.
Java errors do not usually give you much to go on.
