I running the following 'base' report:
  APP PREPENDPATH IBISAMP
TABLE FILE GGORDER
"My Heading"
SUM PRODUCT_ID
BY  PRODUCT
IF  STCD EQ 'R1250'
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
 TYPE=DATA, COLUMN=PRODUCT,
  WHEN=PRODUCT EQ 'Biscotti',
   URL='http://www.ibi.com',
   TARGET=_BLANK,
$
ENDSTYLE
END

I click on 'Biscotti', and see the IB website open in a pop-up window.

I would like to control the window attributes of the new window containing the IB website.

For example: I need the menu off and address bar off.

(The IB website is just standing in for a drill-down report.)

How about this:

APP PREPENDPATH IBISAMP
TABLE FILE GGORDER
"My Heading"
SUM PRODUCT_ID
BY  PRODUCT
IF  STCD EQ 'R1250'
ON TABLE HOLD AS HRPT FORMAT HTMTABLE
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
 TYPE=DATA, COLUMN=PRODUCT,
  WHEN=PRODUCT EQ 'Biscotti',
   JAVASCRIPT=openwin ('http://www.ibi.com'),
$
ENDSTYLE
END
-RUN
-HTMLFORM BEGIN
<html><head>
<script type="text/javascript">
function openwin (url) {
   window.open(url, 'newwin', 'toolbar=0,menubar=0');
}
</script></head>
<body><div id="myrpt">!IBI.FIL.HRPT;</div></body>
</html>
-HTMLFORM END

Just play with the window.open() options as needed.
