I'm trying to figure out how to access an Image or PDF that exists in FOCCACHE.
My preference would be Stylesheet code for an Image and a URL for the PDF.

Why does it need to be in FOCCACHE? IMO, this would not be a safe place for storing images that will be re-used. Put them in an IMAGE app folder and add to the server EDAPATH. Also, you can't use a URL reference for including images in a PDF document. They must exist somewhere that is in the server EDAPATH. The URL is used for the html and Excel documents.

One additional thing.
The Image comes from a Blob which automatically goes into FOCCACHE.
so, I have no choice but to access the images from there.

Why not just access the images from the database in which they reside?

There's new functionality in the Web Services adapter which handles Blobs. They get put in FOCCACHE from the SOAP response.

Have you tried IMAGE=FOCCACHE/image_file_name in your StyleSheet?
