I am facing the below error message can you plaese suggest what is the problem.

You problem is most likely due to a format issue with one or more of these selection statements.
WHERE BAN EQ &BAN
AND CYCLE_CODE GE &FROMCYCLE AND CYCLE_CODE LE &TOCYCLE
AND MONTH GE &FROMMONTH AND MONTH LE &TOMONTH
AND YEAR GE &FROMYEAR AND YEAR LE &TOYEAR

Are BAN, CYCLE_CODE, MONTH, YEAR numeric fields? If not, you need quotes, something like this:
WHERE BAN EQ '&BAN'
