Is ReportCaster working fine otherwise? Is this the only procedure that is causing an error? Have you tried restarting the ReportCaster service and Web application server?

Looks like possible a lost pointer somewhere for Java, but that would usually cause other problems as well. Sounds funny, but I've seen it in our environment (on linux as well) and it's usually resolved with a reboot. If it's only this specific procedure, then it's step-by-step troubleshooting. Try turning on the ReportCaster traces to see if you can see something more specific.

Darin

Hi Darin

Actually I am running the InvokeSchedule program from my PC to connect to the host/port and run the schedule. Is that a right approach to do the testing.

Thanks

I don't even know what the "InvokeSchedule" program is. Is that some custom app the has been created in your environment to use ReportCaster? Maybe someone else could shed more light on the subject?

Darin
