Is there anyway to reduce the Cell Padding and spacing in EXL2K reports?

I am getting the report, but with lot of space padding between the column boundary and its data. I want set the cellpadding to 0.05 inch, very similar to LEFTGAP and RIGHTGAP for PDF reports.

Any pointers in this regard woudl be highly useful for me...

As far as I can tell, WebFOCUS does not add any padding to Excel cells.

Is the spacing you see due to using commas in a column title? WebFOCUS has the annoying "feature" of making the column width wide enough for the column title to fit in one line, then goes ahead and applies the commas to create a multi-line column title.

I use WRAP to resolve this issue. See the second COUNTRY column.

TABLE FILE CAR
SUM
COUNTRY AS 'THIS,IS,MY,COUNTRY 1'
COUNTRY AS 'THIS,IS,MY,COUNTRY 2'
SALES/D10 AS 'SALES'

BY COUNTRY NOPRINT

ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT EXL2K

ON TABLE SET STYLE *
TYPE=REPORT, FONT='ARIAL', SIZE=9, $
TYPE=TITLE, STYLE=BOLD, $
TYPE=REPORT, COLUMN=COUNTRY(3), COLOR=RED, WRAP=0.75, $
ENDSTYLE
END

Tested on v5.3.2 and v7.6.5.

Wow!!! It worked like a charm... Thanks a lot Francis..

It would have been better if something like WRAP=AUTO had been provided.

Also, EXL2K does not come with BORDERS by default, and I suppose there is no way to get the borders (Is there a way, except using HTMLFORMTYPE???)

Thanks once again...
