Is this in Devstudio or a WebFocus server environment

There can be many causes of this

1st thing to check is the WebFocus server and client releases

A client can work with a server of a higher release but you should not use
a server with a higher release of the WebFocus client

2nd it could be related to browser security

In your browser Add the Web server information to trusted sites
add your webserver info:
http://Webserver_name:port#/ibi_apps/WFServlet?

There can be many other causes. If neither of the above helps, you should raise a case
with IBI support

We have seen the "No Query Information to Decode" caused by incomplete or corrupted query strings being send from the browse. One these is when setting up a drill down from a report to a fex, and you have a & DM variable greater then 256 characters. (the Root cause was a missing '; at the end of the set command.
