Hello all, I am trying to pass parameters from an html input page I created, to a compound report page I created using HTML Layout Painter. The compound report has individual iFrames for each report totalling 5 all together. How would I get the fex's in each frame to get the Varibles that is captured in the html input page.

Just set a variable string to the complete URL for the fex to run e.g.
-SET &Source1='/cgi-bin/ibi_cgi/ibiweb.exe?IBIAPP_app=appname&IBIF_ex=fexname.fex&Parm1=value&Parm2=value.......' etc.
Then inside your HTML include your IFRAME tags
-
<iframe SRC="!IBI.AMP.Source1;" ... etc.>
I have done this on occasion to fill an A3 sheet with about 12 different WebFOCUS reports and graphs for a KPI stats page. Very effective and can be used to display Graphs side by side in HTML pages.
