Sandy,

You can't do it using the normal style sheet syntax, but you could define or compute new fields to provide that drill down link.

TABLE FILE CAR
SUM RCOST DCOST
    COMPUTE DRILL1/A7 = 'Drill 1';
    COMPUTE DRILL2/A7 = 'Drill 2';
BY COUNTRY
BY CAR
BY MODEL
ON TABLE PCHOLD FORMAT PDF
ON TABLE SET STYLE *
.....
TYPE=DATA, COLUMN=DRILL1, FOCEXZEC=drilldown1.fex(....), $
TYPE=DATA, COLUMN=DRILL2, FOCEXZEC=drilldown2.fex(....), $
ENSTYLE
END

Multiple drill downs are only available on an HTML page. Because this method uses javascript to create the options menu for each drill down, it is not avaiable in a PDF document.

You could drill down to a focexec, and display the options from there. A 2 step approach.

Adobe Acrobat Reader 7 has "Acrobat JavaScript" capability, hence it is conceivable to expect WebFOCUS to generate it, NFR anyone?

Hi Sandy,

I checked with our internal people and was confirmed that multiple drilldowns feature is only supported for HTML and HTMTABLE output. This is still true for WebFOCUS 716.

Many thanks to Tony, Alan, and Francis' input as well. Smiler

Cheers,

Kerry
