We have a sudden issue where Report Assist and Graph Assist present a totally gray screen after prompting for the file name. We log into MRE via a proprietary application that sets the credentials in the cookie and then logs in the user. If we log in directly, it works okay so something points to our cookie setting even though we have been doing this for a long time. Of course, as is always the case when something just "stops working", nothing has changed nothing has changed. Still, I thought I'd see if anyone has seen anything like this. We have looked at logs, java console, etc but see nothing. BTW, it works fine with Firefox.
