We have a DB2 table that holds all the time our users input for their work hours. The issue is that when a user does not input any time the date doesn't get produced. Is there any way that I can get webfocus to still see the date and input it as a zero time? I am trying to get all users with under 40 hrs for the week. So far it is only getting the users that input some time and not the ones with zero time. All help is greatly appriciated. Have a wonderful day.

Is the work hours column defined with "MISSING=ON" in the WebFOCUS Master?

If so, you may be able to get away with something like the following:

DEFINE FILE WORKINFO
W_HOURS_WORKED/P8 = IF HOURS_WORKED IS MISSING THEN 0 ELSE HOURS_WORKED;
END

TABLE FILE WORKINFO
SUM
W_HOURS_WORKED
BY USER_NAME
END

I tried that but still no luck. Sorry I hadn't posted anything but I have several projects going and this one got placed behind others. :-(

Can you tell what is the data type defined on "work hours" column at DB2? Also, what is the data type you have defined for the same in master file?
