I can't understand why this change in options has been made.
In 7.1.3 DS the command console is there irrespective of whether Projects are displayed in the explorer view (I never use the projects anyway). So what has changed to make the decision to remove this function?
I do find it useful occasionally to get error message text, so moving to 7.6.2 DS will cause me to have to create a fex for this purpose and therefore a PITN!
I would be inclined to raise a case for this but I feel it would be beneficial to explain to the wider WF community.

Thanks PTP, That did the trick, but like Tony A, I don't use projects so I didn't want them displayed, but doing so certainly allows me to use the Command Console - the easiest way to retrieve text for error codes!
I tend to have a temp.fex in my own sandbox app folder that I use for quick tests and the like, so it looks like I shall be using it for error texts as well once I have to move to 7.6.2 which is imminent

Unfortunately this was not a planned change. Sorry for the inconvenience this has caused. We will address in upcoming Service Pack: 764 (planned for end October) and we will also try to provide a hot fix for 762.
