Ok, so now we have determined that you want to include a new-line and carriage-return in your drilldown. The obvious question is why? But I'm sure that you have a perfectly sensible answer.
However, why go to google to find these things, just use the FIND function within the forum.
Search on - Excel linefeed - and you will be presented with a list of current topics including this one.

Sathish, i tried your google , just for fun, and lo and behold found a whole new forum for webfocus http://www.tek-tips.com/threadminder.cfm?pid=243 who knew?? BTW, did anyone explain to you that the google link you had found was for the old focal point engine, "ultimatebb"; all old threads have been moved to the new engine, "groupee"
