The response is RTFM - Read the FOCUS Manual - and all will be revealed.

Your question is not a problem, per se, but more is "I don't know how to and I haven't had training" (and dare I say - "I can't be bothered to look it up"?), which is not what this Forum is about.

If you have a genuine problem then by all means ask for assistance, but asking for something you could easily get out of a manual or from training is just taking the mickey!

Please don't take offence from this - it is designed to get you to do some work yourself and there by learn from that experience.

You can access documentation etc. from the link in the top right hand corner of this page.

This will also allow you to search through the Forum to locate other postings of a similar nature to any problem that you might experience. One of the powerful tools that exist in this Forum.

I would suggest being inventive in your search and think how others might have phrased the problem e.g. search on "graph" instead of "chart". Leave out words such as "and","as","a","it" etc. as they are ignored anyway.
