What does "The Value of this Variable is Invalid! 'IBIB_templateId'"mean?

I get this with a new html page with several fexes (6 charts, 1 report) all of which work fine when runing the with their defaulted values. BTW: It comes up in a separate window and the html page, AKA: Parm Page, never completes as expected.

Thanks in advance for the insight which you share which leads to the resolution of this issue.
~ Doug

PS: I closed this and totally recreated the page from scratch.

May need to ask Tech Support.

A search for "The Value of this Variable is Invalid" in there showed several entries about it being fixed in 8.1.05
